| 15th Annual Independence Day Boat Parade

The 15th Annual Lake Sarah Boat Parade! The theme this year was “A Time in American History”. A beautiful sunny Independence Day afternoon was celebrated with boats decorated to commemorate the Spirit of St. Louis, the Lake Sarah Train Station, The Twins 1897 World Series victory, and the Apollo 11 landing which were joined by others decorated in traditional red white and blue. Gift Certificate Prizes will be awarded to the winners In the boat decorating contest.

Red, White and Blue- Fred Bill's United We Stand ($25.00 gift card to Dobo's)

Most Original - Foster's Spirit of St. Louis ($50.00 gift card to Choo-Choo)

Parade route above - Parade begins in the west bay near the public access at 3:00pm. Approximate (my humble best guess) times along route: midlake channel 3:40, Sunset Drive Judging stand 4:00, Klaers farm end 4:20
